In the automobile world, Kia has become synonymous with value, and the 2010 Sedona minivan delivers on that reputation in spades. But does Sedona's "value" equate to a flimsily conceived minivan? Far from it. It is the lowest price minivan to have a V6 engine as standard equipment. (Only the Dodge Grand Caravan, which costs $1,500 more, comes close.) Inside, the Sedona is versatile because of its removable second- and third-row seats. On the safety front, the company's engineers installed as standard electronic stability control, traction control and a tire-pressure-monitoring system. One drawback that you should know about if you're keen on how your people-hauler reacts to your driving: The Sedona's suspension is more than capable of handling what's required to tackle the daily chores, but don't expect to cut tight curves at better than cruising speeds, which you can do with some of this minivan's competitors.
